Dustin began his plumbing career in 2002 when he joined the Plumbers Union and enrolled in the Local 8 plumbing school. He graduated in 2007 with the highest honors and perfect attendance — a reflection of the work ethic he still brings to every job today.
While completing his schooling, Dustin worked full‑time as an apprentice and earned both his welding and medical gas certifications. He quickly advanced to journeyman and foreman roles, contributing to major commercial projects throughout the Kansas City area, including:

Dustin also served as superintendent for medical‑gas installation crews across nearly every major hospital in the metro, including:

In 2016, Dustin earned his Master Plumbing license and founded DH Plumbing.
